Unfair practice
It is now July 16 and I have not heard one word from Sunset Rentals. I am now assuming I will not and I am happy to close this issue.
I would never use Sunset Rentals and I would never recommend Sunset Rentals to anyone. Case Closed.
Issue resolved:June 18, 2020 I received in the mail notice that Red Sky Insurance settled my claim and that I would expect a reimbursement within days. June 22, 2020I received the check in the mail.
I would like to thank Pissed Customer and all the websites I sent reviews to on Red Sky Travel Insurance and Sunset Rentals Hilton Head and all the agencies I have contacted via email and/or letter which are too numerous to mention. I am assuming my hard work and perseverance paid off.
I believe this because I have not heard from Sunset Rentals after I refused their disingenuous offer of $500 waived fee. Lesson: Investigate sights such as Pissed Customer and all others that help you sort out the good agencies from the bad.
